If you ever find yourself in a situation like this where your relationship with your child is involved, make sure you hire an attorney that will listen to you and do what you need him to do -- not only now but in the future.
In other words, hire somebody that is a fighter and doesn't belong to the "Good Ole Boys Club" that is too caught up in worrying about upsetting the other side to do his job.
Don't expect anybody to fight for you. Fight for yourself.
